He's Alive

Mary & Mary : Mark 16:1–20
Very early on the first day of the week, just after sunrise, Mary Magdalene and Mary the mother of James set out for Jesus' tomb — bringing spices to annoint his body. It had been three days since his crucifixion. Instead of a sealed up tomb and a dead body, they find the stone has been rolled away from the tomb entrance and a young man dressed in a white robe telling them that "He has risen! He is not here..." In fear and confusion, they run from the tomb — soon to encounter Jesus alive again.
